basis-armatuur Upon ordering the lamp we will deliver it with a pendant as shown in the photograph so that we can be sure that you will be able to hang the lamp without needing any additional parts. However, in the option menu you will have to choose your own ceiling rose and light bulb, as these parts depend on taste and situation. You can also choose which lamp socket and electric cable (colour and length) you prefer.

Specifications

Dimensions	The diameter equals the height and length of the lamp. The standard diameter is 40 or 50 cm. Other sizes are also an option. The dimensions are an approximation as the design includes protruding parts and also because a centimetre more or less sometimes limits the production price.
Cable length	1 Metre (a longer cable is optional)
Lamp socket	Large fitting, E26 for the United States, Canada, Taiwan and Japan – or – Large fitting, E27 for Australia, Europe and the United Kingdom What you get will depend on the country you are from. In case of an E26 lamp socket you will get a smooth cover that matches your choice in the menu.
Light bulb	The light bulbs that we offer all have an E27 Edison screw. It doesn’t fit an E26 fitting good enough, so we will only offer our light bulbs if you are from a country that uses E27 fittings. We will refund the costs of course if you have ordered a light bulb that needs an E26 Edison screw.
Dimmable	Yes, dimmer not included

We strive to deliver the lamp within two weeks after the order (within The Netherlands). The order can be delivered at home (shipping is free). You will receive a package with 20 flat parts and a lamp socket attached to the electric cable, and (if ordered) a light source and ceiling rose. The 20 parts can be assembled yourself, instructions are included. It is important to check the instructions carefully before assembling the parts, you will then be able to assemble the lamp in 30 minutes on average. It is also possible to pick up the lamp in Rotterdam. We will then assemble the lamp for you.

After the delivery or pick-up of the lamp you will have 30 days to decide whether the product meets your expectations. To be able to view the lamp properly you may assemble it. If the lamp does not meet your expectations, let us know within 30 days and send back the (disassembled) package (the shipping costs will be on your account). We will refund you for your order after receiving the package (complete and without damages). Here you can find the link to our return form.
